Procurement Compliance Monitoring Service

P-COMS (Procurement Compliance Monitoring Services) is a digital oversight platform developed by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) to strengthen transparency, accountability, and compliance in Nigeria’s public procurement system. Designed to serve Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs), P-COMS enables real-time monitoring of procurement activities and ensures alignment with the Public Procurement Act, 2007.

Through P-COMS, MDAs can submit procurement plans, initiate procurement processes, request No-Objection approvals, and publish tender advertisements in accordance with legal requirements. The platform also provides tools for verifying vendor eligibility, downloading standardized templates, and requesting compliance reviews—ensuring that every step of the procurement lifecycle is properly documented and monitored.

By digitizing core regulatory processes, P-COMS empowers BPP to proactively oversee procurement across all sectors of government. It reduces manual errors, prevents irregularities, and promotes a culture of due process, value-for-money, and good governance. As Nigeria continues to embrace digital transformation in public service, P-COMS stands as a critical pillar in building a more transparent and accountable procurement ecosystem.
